Do you remember that video of some concert where everybody is watching and then one guy gets up and starts dancing like a lunatic and is doing that by himself for a while.

Then a second person runs down and joins him and begins dancing like a lunatic.

And then the third person joins and that initiates the tipping point. After the third “nut“ that decides to dance like a nut enough of the population realizes that it is OK and "safe (to be different)" and even fun to dance like a nut.

And everyone begins dancing like a nut.

The third person begins "the 16th percent". It takes getting only to 16% of a ground swell to create a tipping point.

It is courageous in being in the first 15% - and they are doing that.

I encourage you to reach down and be the first to get to the 16% tipping point.
